Introduction

I am a social worker committed to supporting you and your work towards our collective liberation. We are all part of communities and systems in need of change. I believe that the healing and transformation we do as individuals is necessary for that larger change. Working with me is a collaborative process to understanding your needs and the finding best ways to meet them. I draw from a variety of tools such as dialectics, mindfulness, and storytelling to help you reach your goals. Outside of this work I enjoy kayaking, video games, partner dancing, and table top roleplaying games.
