Introduction

I am a Clinical Mental Health Counselor who enjoys assisting people create a more meaningful life and respond to painful experiences in a helpful and effective manner. I utilize DBT, ACT, and Mindfulness often in my practice to teach clients skills and help them move towards their valued directions. I see both individuals and couples, and really enjoy helping people create more meaningful and effective relationships, including helping those in "non-traditional" relationships (ENM, kink, polyamory, etc.).
