What makes me different is that I do not work with just one specific therapeutic approach. Humans are diverse and I believe not one standardized approach fits every individual. In working with me, I will NOT mold you to fit my therapeutic model but rather tailor an approach that works best with your personality, needs, values, goals, and believes. I understand that seeing me is an investment in a brighter future and my goal for you is to start feeling healthier and happier and see progress in treatment early on. I use feedback informed treatment (FIT) and latest technologies in order to measure, track, and visualize your progress. Studies indicate that clients’ treatment that was feedback informed showed about twice as much improvement in fewer sessions than clients who were not asked to provide ongoing feedback I am a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional which allows me to help you work on any unresolved trauma and painful past experiences. I will work with your individual strengths to not just reduce symptoms but also increase overall WELL-BEING and happiness. My goal is to help you understand yourself better, to identify obstacles on your path, and support you in navigating these obstacles effectively. I can help you find the answers you need and the strength to turn these answers into the life you want. I am looking forward to working with you!
