I am an ultra-runner and enjoy rock climbing and Lego collecting. I’m also a mediocre video gamer and am learning to navigate the emotional highs and lows of my young children. I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I majored in Sociology and earned my Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Utah, and then attended Arizona State University, where I completed my Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy. I am also a Registered Play Therapist and trained in EMDR. I am licensed in Utah and Arizona. Two of my favorite books are: No Matter What by Debi Gliori, and Girl With The Dragon Tattoo by Steig Larsson.
