Introduction

Hello! I am a licensed psychotherapist clinically trained in New York City. I have completed post graduate training at St. John’s University, obtaining national certification in Trauma Focused- CBT and CBT+ (anxiety, depression, behavior). Additionally, I have completed the Child and Family Therapy certification program at New York University and am certified in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (C-DBT). Throughout my 10+ years as a clinician, I have enjoyed working with children, adolescents, young adults and families during times of transition. I have utilized my clinical training to provide clients with individual therapy, crisis intervention and psychoeducational groups, including facilitating sober parenting journey. In my practice, I take a collaborative approach that leads to a deeper understanding of behaviors, progress and change in order to meet your therapeutic goals.
