Introduction

Accepting New Clients in person and via telehealth. Are you someone who is struggling with anxiety, panic, or having difficulty coping? Do you feel stuck, feel triggered, or have past trauma that is holding you back? It is my goal to create a safe space for you to come and have an authentic experience. My approach to therapy is a collaborative process. I provide a safe, compassionate, and non-judgmental place to freely explore thoughts, experiences, and feelings. We will work through past issues and current concerns while utilizing your strengths to grow. I can provide you with the tools you need to overcome the obstacles you are facing. I will walk alongside you, empower you, find your strengths, and allow you to build within yourself a sense of purpose, meaning, and healing. Please watch my video to learn more about EMDR. I specialize in women and adolescent mental health. I'm trained in and utilize EMDR therapy, Somatic Experience, and CBT (Cognitive Behavior Therapy). I work with adults, and adolescents to overcome past trauma and issues to create more fulfilling lives and relationships.
