Hello, my name is Natasha Garland, LPC. I know that entering therapy can be an overwhelming and sometimes frightening experience. We begin as strangers, and the task at hand is deeply personal to you. It can take some time to feel comfortable really opening up, and that’s ok! I bring a gentle and compassionate approach to my practice. I believe that together, we can explore the roots of your difficulties and construct new ways for you to be with yourself and the world. I have experience treating individuals who struggle with substance misuse, anxiety, depression, and trauma. My background is working in residential treatment for substance use and co-occurring disorders. My approach is holistic, humanistic, and trauma-informed. I also enjoy implementing artistic and expressive interventions as well as DBT skills into the therapeutic process. I am excited and humbled to begin this journey with you.
