Natasha specializes in treating trauma and has extensive experience working with trauma survivors. One of her passions is to help individuals overcome and heal from their traumatic experiences. Though Natasha specializes in trauma, she also works with a wide range of issues including depression, anxiety, and other mental health concerns. Natasha also provides LGBTQIA+, gender-affirming, and sex positive therapy services. Natasha aims to empower individuals through focusing on their strengths and helping them to gain deeper insight into themselves. Natasha is a Licensed Professional Counselor who has extensive training in evidenced-based treatments including: Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing therapy (EMDR), Sand Tray Play Therapy, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). She received her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from The University of Arizona and her Master of Counseling from Arizona State University. Natasha believes that foundational elements to healing are being heard, understood, and accepted.
