My name is Natasha Alvandi, and as your dedicated therapist, I'll be by your side, offering personalized, evidence-based care that I tailor to your unique needs. I combine various evidence-based techniques—such as EMDR, CBT, IFS, DBT, ACT, ERP, Narrative Therapy, and Play Therapy—tailoring our sessions to your unique needs. I welcome clients from all backgrounds and encourage you to bring your cultural perspectives, beliefs, and goals into our sessions. Seeking help can be difficult.
