Introduction

Are you experiencing overwhelming stress? Do past traumas or relationship issues leave you feeling lost and disconnected? Are you having trouble communicating your needs and emotions effectively? You're not alone. There is hope for a more balanced, fulfilling life. My goal is to cultivate a confidential, non-judgmental space for you to explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences. I welcome clients of all backgrounds and encourage you to bring your unique cultural perspectives, beliefs, and goals into our sessions. Your authentic self deserves a voice and a space to be seen and respected. My approach blends various techniques—CBT, IFS, DBT, Narrative, Art, Play Therapy, and EMDR—tailored to your unique needs. With a background as an English professor, small business owner, and mental health counselor, I bring diverse perspectives to support your journey towards self-discovery. Outside of therapy, I am passionate about learning, building connections, writing fiction, reading, and hiking. I believe in the healing power of nature and the transformative process of rewriting our personal narratives. It takes courage to reach out for help, and I am honored to join you on your journey toward the next chapter of your story.
