Introduction

Natallia grew up in Belarus and feels a deep connection to both Europe and the United States, especially New York City. Natallia received a B.A. with a major in German and Spanish, and a minor in Psychology, as well as a Master’s degree in Language Education from Rutgers University. Discovering her love for psychotherapy, she then went on to pursue a Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling at Fordham University. Natallia specializes in supporting various clients, primarily purpose-driven adults with multicultural backgrounds, as they navigate various challenges related to work-life balance, self-esteem, stress management, history of trauma, family dynamics, intimate relationships, and spirituality. She views one’s decision to commit to a therapeutic journey as a beautiful and essential step toward self-understanding, healing, and empowerment. Drawing from a range of therapeutic modalities, Natallia honors her clients’ unique perspectives and experiences in a safe collaborative environment. Her framework emphasizes authenticity, inclusivity, mindfulness, unconditional positive regard, mind-body connection, exploration of the unconscious mind, and awareness of one’s thinking patterns, values, emotions, and behaviors. Natallia believes in the power of a holistic approach to healing and wellness. She is a certified Yoga Teacher, Reiki Master, and Master Practitioner of NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming), Hypnosis, and MER® (Mental Emotional Release). She has also completed training as an Integrative NLP Coach and an Integrative Trauma Coach with a focus on somatic practices and continuously pursues professional and personal development. Natallia incorporates elements of these modalities into her work with clients who are seeking different approaches in addition to traditional talk therapy. Natallia is fluent in Russian and Spanish, and loves developing and applying her language skills. She enjoys incorporating mindfulness and movement into her daily life: meditation, journaling, Buddhist philosophy, yoga, and weightlifting are all a part of her self-care routine. She is passionate about travel, leading a healthy lifestyle, and spending quality time with her loved ones. She is a lifelong learner and loves reading non-fiction or listening to audiobooks and podcasts during her commute. Natallia loves New York City for its vibrant culture and a wide range of opportunities to connect with people from all walks of life.
