Introduction
This program is for Personal and Professional Wellness Coaching for First Responders and their Family Members. Past or current members of law enforcement, firefighters, probation, corrections, telecommunications or dispatch, EMS, hospital staff ,or medical personnel, and veterans are able to receive information, referrals, and schedule appointments with one of our team members, experienced with serving as a first responder or as a spouse/family member. Stories of trauma shared in confidential settings, telling one's story, being heard and understood, and hearing others' experiences helps connect you with a community.. Referrals and information are provided by staff, trained peers who were past or current first Responders or spouses are the Wellness Coaches ready to put you and your family first. First responders are asked a few questions during the consultation then are able to select or be matched to a Wellness Coach to have confidential individual or group appointments, to share experiences, coping skills, and resources, and to share information to help meet their needs. If requested, this program can also provide clinical services with a licensed therapist, or with a provider.
