Hi, I'm Natalie! I began my journey in the field of psychology in 2012 overseeing nationally-funded research programs at The MIND Research Network in New Mexico, and I quickly found myself drawn to the art of counseling and connecting with others. I now specialize in trauma, addiction, and attachment theory and find that often, those three things are closely intertwined with one another. People often ask me: "Why did you decide to specialize in trauma?” The truth is, trauma found me - it would present itself in all of my client's stories. I've dedicated my work to a deeper understanding of how trauma impacts our mental health, our relationships both with others and ourselves, and how with this knowledge, we can work toward healing.
