Introduction

I work with couples, families, and individuals with a systems perspective. I have experience working with Anxiety, PTSD, ADHD, Depression, adjustment to a change or stressor, and self-development skills. I am currently in training to work with people dealing with Cancer and additional chronic medical conditions. I have supplementary education in social justice and cultural studies. In addition to my clinical training in Solution-Focused Therapy, I exude openness, respect, curiosity, and accountability. I bring these characteristics into therapy sessions to bring balance and restoration into my clients’ lives. Whether there is a crisis happening, a personal desire for self-improvement, or something in-between, therapy can bring added support and guidance along on the journey. I believe everyone experiences therapy in different ways, I am client-centered and collaborate ways to empower and renew hope in my client’s lives.
