Introduction

I'm Dr. Natalie! I received my Ph.D. from UT Southwestern Medical Center as a clinical psychologist. Throughout my years of training and work, I gained experience working with adults in outpatient and hospital settings focusing mostly on the interplay of mental health and medical issues. Today, the majority of the clients I help cope with depression, anxiety, managing emotions, chronic health issues, and difficulty with the transition to parenthood. I provide services in person at my office in Plano and also online to patients in Texas and some other states. I hold a certification to practice telehealth in select states called the Authority to Practice Interjurisdictional Telepsychology (APIT) which was granted by the PSYPACT Commission. I am a mother, spouse, dog lover, Latina, and millennial! I love that my job allows me to help people enjoy and improve their lives.
