Welcome! I'm an associate marriage and family therapist and clinical psychology intern. I specialize in neuro-affirmative mental health care for high-masking autistic women. My focus is on treating depression and suicidality, as well as the anxiety and grief that accompanies an unknown or misdiagnosis. Identity issues are another area of interest, from discovering neurodivergency to multicultural existentialism. I see therapy as a catalyst for embracing personal power. I encourage my clients to find their authentic voices, rewrite their own stories, and forge a future fueled by passion and purpose.
