I am Natalia and as a licensed therapist in the state of Washington, I provide services to individuals who seek to improve their everyday life by creating self-awareness and body-mind connection through therapy and mindfulness. I aim to help individuals recognize the negative and positive patterns and work together to improve or reinforce them. I use (ACT), which is less about modifying your thoughts and more about using acceptance and mindfulness strategies to increase psychological flexibility. I also use a (CBT) approach, which helps you recognize unhelpful patterns and behaviors. Last, (EMDR) is a type of Psychotherapy that aids individuals in their healing journey from complex trauma.
