After being a stay-at-home mom and raising three fabulous children, that are the joy of my life, I returned to school to finish my dream of graduating from college. My deep desire to assist individuals overcome their personal obstacles and find joy in their journeys motivated me to earn a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Utah State University and a Master of Science in Mental Health Counseling from Westminster College. I lead from a Person Centered Theory and utilize CBT, Trauma Focused CBT, Narrative Therapy, Internal Family Systems, ACT, DBT, and EMDR as I assist the client in holding onto hope and overcoming their personal challenges. I have extensive experience treating mood disorders, personality disorders, dissociative disorders, grief, trauma, and abuse.
