I've worked in various settings such as schools, agencies, and community clinics providing psychotherapeutic services to children, adolescents, and adults. I’ve also worked with a range of modalities. I'm a graduate of the child and adolescent psychodynamic psychotherapy program from the William Alanson White Institute of Psychiatry, Psychoanalysis, and Psychology. A psychodynamic understanding and treatment approach is a rich tool in helping individuals work through the many complex challenges that can at times interfere with our ability to manage or cope. What those difficulties look like and how they are expressed is unique to the individual. It is my belief that the therapeutic relationship and collaboration can influence and bring forward new perspectives, which as a result can lead to healthier relational patterns, thinking processes, and more adaptive behaviors.
