Introduction

Do any of these feel familiar? You spend more time questioning your feelings than actually feeling them. You hold yourself to impossible standards—and beat yourself up when you fall short. Rest feels like a guilty indulgence or something to be earned. You work hard to not need too much, feel too much, or take up too much space. You’re constantly scanning for what could go wrong, even when things are going well. You try to be “low maintenance” in relationships—but deep down, you long to feel chosen and seen. If any of this sounds like you, striving to do or be "good enough" you aren't alone. My work focuses on the inner worlds of individuals and couples who are tired of doing it all “right” but still feeling disconnected, anxious, or unseen. Whether it’s a harsh inner critic, people-pleasing patterns, difficulty accessing your needs in relationships, or old attachment wounds showing up in the present—I offer a space to slow down and begin again. I focus on clear, honest communication with yourself and others. I work from a depth psychological lens and and invite metaphor, image, and narrative to provide insight and structure to our therapeutic conversations. If you’re ready for support that’s both grounded and expansive, I invite you to reach out. I offer a free 20-minute consultations.
