Introduction

My warmth and focus on my relationships with clients enable me to personalize each client’s treatment. I am passionate about creating a safe and empathic environment for clients in order to foster healing, self-empowerment, and growth. I help clients who are feeling stuck to move forward in order to achieve their potential and to reach their life goals. My clients will learn to be more successful at home, school, or at work through learning to cope and to become the best version of themselves. I have experience providing therapy to clients struggling with a wide range of issues. Some have trouble getting along with the people that they care about. Others may feel sad, or anxious, have overwhelming intrusive thoughts and/or compulsive behaviors, or have experienced trauma. Others may struggle to control their moods or see or hear things. And some may struggle before or after having a child.
