I received my MA in Counseling Psychology from Pacifica Graduate Institute in 2012. During my training, I received supervision from Jungian Analyst Karen Lipsky, MA, LMFT. I maintained an ongoing consultation relationship with her for several years as I developed in my career. Presently, I participate in a bi-weekly consultation group with a community of empathetic and depth-oriented therapists in Portland. Additionally, I engage in a monthly Supervision of Supervision group, facilitated by Jessica Thomas, PhD, LMFT. This provides a dynamic and collaborative space where I receive valuable support in addressing challenges encountered as a clinical supervisor. For Clients: My intention is to create a collaborative, safe and empathic space to explore thoughts, feelings, musings and behaviors to promote change and healing. I believe that we all have the capacity to repair, grow, and transform our human experiences. I work best with: • People who experience our current system as overwhelming, and feel stuck and/or helpless and/or challenged in this system • People in midlife who want to find new ways to experience themselves • People who are trying to reinvent their relationship with the challenges of our times but feel stuck in some way • People who struggle with painful self-doubt, a strong inner critic, and the depression and anxiety that can come from that • People who feel they have something to offer but are having trouble figuring out what it is or how to access their gifts • People who are grieving the many things to grieve in our world • And all of the symptoms and crises that can go along with these predicaments, whether it appears as depression, anxiety, PTSD, psychotic episodes, personality disorder, or prolonged grief, amongst others. For Associates: As an adult who discovered my neurodivergence later in life, I bring a unique perspective to the field. I specialize in providing Clinical Supervision to LPC and MFT Associates who, like myself, understand psychology beyond the confines of an allistic model. My person-centered guidance is deeply rooted in the humanistic tradition, emphasizing collaboration and strength-based approaches. I foster open discussions about power dynamics, creating a shared learning journey for those under my supervision. I am committed to supporting professionals who appreciate diverse perspectives and seek a supervisor who understands and values neurodivergency in the journey toward clinical expertise.
