My goals are your goals: to understand your strengths, behaviors, emotions, and thought patterns, move from ambivalence to action, reconcile seemingly contradictory beliefs and circumstances, re-write your story, and build the skills needed to live an authentic life aligned with your values. We'll do therapy together, person to person. As a late-diagnosed neurodivergent adult and member of the Queer/LGBTQ+ community myself, I am especially driven to helping clients explore and better understand the nuances of their own diagnoses and identities, develop and reinforce self-worth and self-acceptance, and improve coping and executive functioning efforts. I welcome and honor clients of various identities and do not discriminate based upon gender or sexual identity, race, ethnicity, religion or non-religion, class, political affiliation, monogamous/polyamorous status, substance use or sobriety/recovery status, disability status, or level of education. I primarily see adult and teen (13+) clients for individual therapy and provide couples/relationship therapy on a limited basis. Because I believe mental health care should be accessible to all, upon consultation, I can offer income-based sliding scale fees for folks without insurance. *I will continue to update as I become credentialed with more health insurances.*
