My name is Nan Ford. I am a licensed addictions specialist (LCAS), and licensed mental health counselor associate (LCMHCA), providing therapeutic support for those struggling with substance use disorders, technology and social media over-exposure, over/under eating, grief, and isolation). I am trauma-informed trained to help heal childhood trauma, anxiety, and stress.
