Introduction

As a cancer survivor and widow, working with anxiety, grief and loss is close to my heart. I also focus my practice on treating depression, bipolar and other mood disorders. I draw from 23 years diverse experience with children, adolescents, adults, couples and families to empower you to strengthen your relationships while managing your challenges. I use an interpersonal and emotionally focused approach to provide person-centered counseling. I facilitate the therapeutic process with acceptance, empowerment and a sense of humor.
