We all have the capacity to heal given the right tools and support. I will meet you where you're at. With a compassionate and evidence-based approach, I partner with individuals to help them identify goals and develop new coping strategies. In addition to talk therapy, I provide practical guidance and exercises to help you achieve desired change. I recognize and honor all pathways to recovery and am also well-versed in 12-step approach. I have specialized training in EMDR, CBT, DBT (mindfulness), and somatic (mind-body) practices.
