Hi, I’m Nancy, a licensed therapist specializing in helping people reduce anxiety, set healthy boundaries, navigate grief and build the confidence they need to create fulfilling, balanced lives. If you’ve ever felt overwhelmed by people-pleasing, struggled to say “no,” or found yourself stuck in cycles of self-doubt, I want you to know—you’re not alone, and healing is possible. With a compassionate, practical, and supportive approach, I use a combination of Polyvagal Theory, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Mindfulness techniques to help you process loss, manage anxiety, and build self-confidence. My goal is to provide a safe space where you can break free from anxiety, strengthen your self-worth, and learn how to build relationships that feel healthy, reciprocal, and empowering. If you’re ready to feel more confident, more at peace, and more in control of your life, I’d love to help you get there.
