Introduction

Do you often feel overwhelmed by feelings of anxiety or depression? Do you have a fear of being judged? Come talk to me. Together, we will develop healthier coping mechanisms and communication skills. I specialize in depression and anxiety. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) is based on several core principles 1. psychological problems are based, in part on faulty or unhelpful ways of thinking, 2. learned patterns of unhelpful behaviors, and 3. thus people can learn better ways of coping with their psychological problems, thereby relieving their symptoms and becoming more effective in their lives. I believe in building a strong rapport with all my clients based on mutual respect & providing a non-judgmental space. I also, enjoy using art & writing exercises. I am an ADHD and DBT Certified Clinical Services Provider. Hablo español!
