Change is a critical part of life, but sometimes we need support to navigate that change. The experience of loss or interpersonal conflict can make us feel off balance and out of sorts. With a focus on and understanding of the transition points in the course of life, clients are able to tap into their own unique skills and strengths to move through those challenges.
