Specialties: Anxiety, Autism Spectrum Disorder, Behavioral Issues, Depression, Trauma,

Introduction

Together we can do what none of us can do alone. I offer clinically proven therapy for children, adolescents, and adults with behavioral and mental health challenges. From depression and anxiety, to problem behaviors, trauma and autism, the treatments I use deliver tangible results that improve lives. My multicultural background and years of experience and leadership come together with compassionate care to help my clients to achieve a new wellness and learn skills they carry with them the rest of their lives. I work with children, teens, and adults who may struggle with anxiety, depression, attention problems, hyperactivity, impulsivity, tantrums, difficulty with social skills or relationships, autism, poor sleep, toileting struggles, trauma and abuse, foster care/adoption, or stress from the impact of inequity and discrimination. My approach to treatment is collaborative. While I am an expert on behavioral health, my clients are the experts on themselves and their families. Together we work to achieve treatment goals.
