At our practice, we do more than just listen—we engage, empower, and guide transformation. We believe that healing is not one-size-fits-all. Each person’s experiences, identity, and emotional landscape are unique, and so too should be their path to wellness. Our therapeutic approach is tailored, integrative, and rooted in evidence-based modalities designed to meet the individual where they are—emotionally, mentally, and spiritually. I specialize in existential, eclectic, and integrative therapies—drawing from a diverse range of theoretical orientations including CBT, solution-focused therapy, psychodynamic, humanistic, and experiential frameworks. This flexible approach allows me to adapt each treatment plan to the client’s distinct needs and challenges, rather than force-fitting them into a singular methodology. Whether recovering from trauma, navigating life transitions, or addressing mood and behavioral issues, clients receive holistic, culturally responsive care aimed at sustainable growth. My academic and professional foundation includes a Master of Arts in Counseling from Prairie View A&M University and a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice with a specialization in Juvenile Justice. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Texas, a National Certified Counselor, and have over a decade of experience working with individuals in the criminal justice system, substance use recovery programs, and mental health treatment settings. This breadth of experience has equipped me to serve adolescents, adults, couples, and families with compassion, insight, and a trauma-informed lens. Existential therapy—one of my core orientations—centers on helping individuals discover purpose, navigate life’s uncertainties, and reclaim their agency. It embraces the reality of human limitations while highlighting our capacity for choice, growth, and connection. In blending this with eclectic and integrative practices, I am able to honor the client’s inner wisdom while guiding them through the psychological, emotional, and environmental challenges they face. My mission is to foster a safe, nonjudgmental environment where healing is not only possible—but expected. I am committed to upholding the ethical standards set by the American Counseling Association and continuously evolving with the needs of the communities I serve. Your healing journey is yours—but you don’t have to walk it alone.
