Introduction

Hi! My name is Nadia. I am a co-owner of New Day Mental Health Counseling. I am a therapist or a coach, depending on the needs of each client. I have been to therapy myself and have created my own approach based on my own experiences in life, as well as my formal, clinical training and education. I hope to work with people that feel connected and self-motivated. I offer a sliding scale on a case by case basis, because I believe that finding a therapist that you connect with is an important facet of working on yourself. I try to make myself accessible to a variety people, in various stages of their life. I maintain a reasonable case load so that I can be accessible and deeply engaged with each of my clients. I spend a bit of time on the phone with each person who calls initially, so that we can determine if we are a good fit prior to you spending money on our initial intake. I am here to help you explore yourself. I am here to provide tools that absolutely work if you use them. I am here to offer you a safe, judgement free space so that we can face the things together that may be holding you back from having peace.
