Life can be challenging and full of ups and downs. In my experience, I have found that people often seek out therapy when they are feeling stuck and life's challenges seem too hard to tackle on their own. As a therapist, you can expect from me that I will meet you where you are at, validate your feelings, and at times challenge you to make some changes with things that are keeping you stuck. I firmly believe that you are the expert of your own life and stories. I will work with you to create goals tailored towards the areas you would like to grow and heal, as well as create a safe space for you to be seen, heard, and understood. I have worked for years with individuals, couples, and families. I have worked in a range of settings from residential to outpatient and with many different ages and stages of life. I have seen and worked with many different issues, these includes anxiety, depression, OCD, ADHD, grief, LGBTQIA+ issues, relationship issues, life transitions, and trauma. Finding a therapist can be an overwhelming experience, there is often fear of judgement, fear of discovering new things about ourselves, and also a fear of change.
