Introduction

We all need spaces in our lives to be seen and heard. There are times, however, when it can be hard to find those spaces of acceptance, non-judgment, and problem-solving. I will work with you to explore and find solutions to the challenges that come with navigating the realities of our complicated lives. My approach focuses on each person's unique strengths and resilience. I provide empathy, encouragement, and concrete tools to move forward. You’ll find me warm and supportive. I work with a diverse clientele including specializing in working with LGBTQIA+ individuals and couples coping with a variety of issues including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, faith & spirituality, and identity. I am committed to diverse communities and enjoy working with clients of all ages, racial backgrounds, sexual orientations, and gender identities. I focus on goal-oriented work. I have a strong background in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to help clients develop concrete skills and behaviors to cope with a range of issues. I also work with couples to improve communication tools and to help them find deeper intimacy. Part of our work together may also focus on helping you bridge your past and present in order to help you reach your full potential. I invite you to take the first step towards feeling more grounded in your life.
