I provide treatment for individuals with mental health and disabilities. My intention is to help each one of my clients discover what they want out of life and to become the best version of themselves. Opening up to a stranger can be a challenge, I strive to promote equality in sessions and help individuals to advocate for themselves. I have an eclectic treatment approach in utilizing EMDR, MI, CBT, Strengths-based, SBFT, Mind/Body, Person-Centered, and Psychoeducation. My passion is in providing treatment to individuals with trauma histories on being able to process what’s beneath and adding to the symptom severity. In addition to identifying individual strengths within, adapting to life transitions, utilizing outside resources, coping skills, addressing maladaptive patterns, career exploration, and treatment planning. I am temporarily out-of-network with health insurances right now and accepting self-pay in the interim. I will be credentialed soon with Anthem/BCBS, Aetna, United Healthcare, and Harvard Pilgrim.
