Morgan is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with experience providing therapy to adults and adolescents. She has expertise working with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder, Attention Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder, chronic pain, life transitions, and relational difficulties. Grounded in compassion and humor, Morgan focuses on creating a non-judgmental space for her clients to connect deeply with both mind and body. She is a somatically informed therapist and a certified yoga teacher, and she thoughtfully incorporates gentle somatic movement into her work. Morgan believes that clients can build fulfilling lives by increasing awareness of self and expanding the parameters of possibility. Morgan draws from evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), along with mindfulness, distress tolerance, and emotional regulation strategies. Morgan uses a narrative framework to encourage clients to claim their experiences through their own words. Her goal is to explore alongside her clients, offering space for curiosity and acceptance throughout their healing process. Morgan received her Bachelor of Social Work and Master of Social Work degrees from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
