In this ever changing world it is important to find a safe place to talk. I would like to provide my clients the opportunity to have a safe place to discuss anything that might be currently troubling them. My goal is to assist clients in building positive coping skills to assist them in achieving their current goals. As a dual licensed Mental Health Counselor and Marriage and Family Therapist, I specialize in working with clients who have experienced trauma and anxiety. I also work with couples who are seeking to increase a positive relationship with one another. I would like to provide clients with an opportunity to provide a safe place to process their current worries and issues that might be causing distress.
