Introduction

Life can be a mental rollercoaster. It can be easy and exciting accepting the high moments however, more difficult accepting low moments. I am a Licensed Master Social Worker with experience providing therapy to both adolesents and adults. I incorporate therapeutic practices such as CBT and DBT within my work. My experiences range for anger management, anxiety, depression, self-esteem, life transitions, and common school issues. I provide a non-judgmental space where you are free to discuss anything on your mind while achieving personal goals and guiding you to be as empowered as you want to be. My therapeutic space is unique to my clients needs as we all have our own stories and experiences. With help, we have the ability to grow through what we go through. I am currently accepting new clients.
