Introduction

Life is incredibly complex, and as life becomes more complex, humans become even more complicated. I believe that inner peace and happiness in life arise when individuals are able to face reality and see it as it really is. Sometimes expectations from others or ourselves muddies our sense of identity and prevents us from seeing who we truly are. The quicker we are able to clear these expectations, the sooner we are able to develop the inner peace that comes from living authentically. I am currently a second-year Masters student at Rocky Mountain University of Health Professions for Clinical Mental Health Counseling, with an Undergraduate degree in Psychology from Utah Valley University. I have multiple years of experience working in residential treatment with co-occurring disorders (Depression, Anxiety, PTSD to name a few). I utilize principles from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Person-Centered Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). I love what I do! However, our time together will be fully centered on you.I believe the most influential and insightful knowledge will come from within you as we meet together. I am excited and dedicated to serve you as a humble guide and resource for every step of the way! I would love to be a part of your journey at Meadowbrook.
