What is Neurofeedback? Neurofeedback, also known as EEG biofeedback, is a non-invasive technique that allows you to harness the power of your own brain. It works by measuring your brain's electrical activity (EEG) and providing real-time feedback. This information is then used to help you retrain and regulate your brainwave patterns. What is EMDR? EMDR, or Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing, is a specialized psychotherapy approach designed to help individuals process distressing memories, reduce the emotional charge associated with traumatic events, and promote emotional healing. EMDR has been recognized as a highly effective and evidence-based therapy for various conditions.
