Introduction

Morgan is a Kentucky native with a heart for the mountains, her dog Oslo, travel and helping others. She has been in the field for almost 5 years and is well experienced in high acuity mental health and addiction issues. Morgan holds the licensures of LCADC, LPCA in Kentucky and LAC, LPCC in Colorado and is a Nationally Certified Counselor (NCC). She has been trained in both Neurofeedback and EMDR and is excited to support clients through these interventions, as well as more traditional forms of talk therapy, to reach their goals and optimize their life. What is Neurofeedback? Neurofeedback, also known as EEG biofeedback, is a non-invasive technique that allows you to harness the power of your own brain. It works by measuring your brain's electrical activity (EEG) and providing real-time feedback. This information is then used to help you retrain and regulate your brainwave patterns. What is EMDR? EMDR, or Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing, is a specialized psychotherapy approach designed to help individuals process distressing memories, reduce the emotional charge associated with traumatic events, and promote emotional healing. EMDR has been recognized as a highly effective and evidence-based therapy for various conditions.
