I am a Marriage and Family Therapist who is trained in helping couples and individuals who are struggling with emotional and behavioral concerns. Some areas I specialize in are relationship issues, marital, pre-marital, trauma, and life transitions. I have a collaborative and systemic approach that is genuine and warm. I provide a safe, non-judgmental environment which nurtures growth and healing. I believe a strong therapeutic relationship is key in feeling comfortable and vulnerable in the therapy room. I want to provide you with the tools to promote positive change and sustained peace and happiness. Often we feel alone in our struggles and need someone to help support and come along side us in our journey to recovery and renewed hope for a brighter future.
