My interest in therapy started when I was at my breaking point, and my own therapy experiences didn't help. Since then, I've tried to be a therapist for anyone who found themselves in a similar situation, including not trying to be a one-size-fits-all solution. I strive to connect with people with where they are at, to understand what others might not, and to help when others let you down. We all need an ally to get unstuck, reconnect and pick ourselves up, and I believe in doing so with warmth and respect. It can be tough to choose a stranger when we feel vulnerable and out of control, but I've made it my goal to be someone worthy of that responsibility. My goal isn't to change you, but help make your unique life meaningful and sustainable; change follows. Topics include relationships, traumatic stress, work, identity, confidence, conflict, imposter syndrome, helplessness, loneliness, and defeat. I specialize in neurodiverse (ADHD, Asperger's), marginalized, medical, and SMI clients (see: below)
