Introduction

Hello and Welcome! I'm excited to walk along side you in your therapeutic journey. I'll help you shine light on the path that will take you where you need to go. You still have to traverse the wilderness yourself, but I'll be your supportive guide through it! I've ben practicing since 2010 and enjoy working with substance use and addiction, co-dependency, anxiety, depression, relationship issues and trauma. I use IFS, CBT and Brainspotting. And if you are struggling with alcohol or substance addictions (Mild-moderate) I enjoy bringing in 12 step work where appropriate.
