In my practice, I follow a humanistic, feminist, and client-centered approach. I am currently working towards certification in EMDR, and strive to be trauma-informed and social-justice oriented. My focus is in depression, anxiety, disordered eating, LGBT+ issues, ADHD, Autism, and I work with adults, adolescents, and occasionally children on a case-by-case basis. I use Experiential therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT). Additionally, I have a weight-neutral practice that is committed to Health At Every Size. I have learned that healing and growth is our right, and that joy is an act of resistance. We can achieve healing and growth by connecting with our inner-worlds, honoring our wants and needs, and growing confidence in our self-efficacy.
