Introduction

Omata LLC is accepting new patients with several flexible virtual options to better serve the community. I believe that therapy is a collaborative process and I work with my clients to set personalized goals and develop a treatment plan that is tailored to your individual needs. I am a Masters level clinician licensed in both Connecticut and Florida, as well as a National Board Certified Counselor. I am the CEO and Lead Clinician of Omata LLC in business for the last 6 years. Additional license: Florida Licensed Mental Health Counselor - LMHC/MH22218, and National Board Certified Counselor - NCC/886779. Also able to provide supervision services to interns and clinicians I have years of experience working with individuals on a wide range of issues such as Trauma, Anxiety, Sexual Dysfunctions, Family Conflict, and more. I use a psychodynamic approach that utilizes evidence based techniques such as CBT, DBT, ACT, Solution Focused, Family Systems, and Trauma focused to name a few. I work with clients who may be struggling with Anxiety, Trauma, or any Conflict. During our initial sessions we will delve into the issues at hand and collaboratively create a plan to address them head on. My clients see a gradual lifting of symptoms within the first month and sustained improvement thereafter. I am committed to creating a safe and supportive environment where you can feel comfortable exploring your thoughts, feelings, and experiences. I am here to help you achieve your personal goals. I look forward to working with you.
