I love working with all people of any age but, some of my favorite clients are young adults. I work well with those struggling with anxiety issues, depression, suicidal ideation, trauma, and transitions through a systemic lens where clients are not their problems. I specialize in anxiety disorders, OCD, trauma,relationals issues, sports performance professional performance, and those in need of treatment outside therapy that includes life coaching, and support and service animal therapies. I work with couples, young adults, individuals and families while using systemic and positive approaches. Focus on a holistic and collaborative experiences ensuring clients needs are met by supporting their goals in a safe and empathetic environment. I am licensed in Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Indiana, Michigan, Ohio. and Virginia.I do not run insurance but do work with Alma in Georgia and Virginia only.
