Welcome to TFL! As a therapist, it is a privilege to meet with all types of people and and hear their stories. I specialize in anxiety disorders, OCD, trauma, relational issues, sports performance, and professional performance. Other treatments offered: life coaching, mental toughness, and support and service animal therapies. I work with individuals, couples, and families. Populations served: young adults, students, and adults. Focused on a holistic and collaborative experiences ensuring clients needs are met by supporting their goals in a safe and empathetic environment.
