Jars of Clay is a refuge for women like you who are weary, burnt out, overwhelmed with life, struggling in their identity, or are just feeling lost. It is a sacred place to recover from hurt, insecurity, imbalance and fear; and it is where you can experience kindness, joy, perspective, & hope. Come into the sanctuary to re-gain focus and improve your overall mental and emotional wellness. We use a very collaborative approach to help you develop the coping tools you need to improve your functioning in everyday life. We also use a variety of methods to support you in healing at your core in order to alleviate symptoms of trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship dysfunction and crisis of identity. Some of the methods that we use are Mindfulness practices, Motivational Interviewing, Solution Focused Brief Therapy, EMDR, Brainspotting, Somatic Experiencing, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. You can learn how to sit in the place of peace and contentment, realize your true potential, & grow in maturity.
