I specialize in working with women who are experiencing anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, emotional dysregulation, and relationship difficulties, and I focus on addressing the underlying traumas that may be contributing to present symptoms. In addition to these challenges, I also help clients navigate life stressors and transitions as they arise. Throughout therapy, I will guide you in gaining the self-understanding and internal tools needed to strengthen feelings of happiness and fulfillment in your daily life, while maintaining a safe, collaborative, and empowering therapeutic environment.
